Player Registration in Person

You can register in person at one of two registration events.

In person registrations will take place at:

Dick's Sporting Goods
700 NW Eastman Parkway
Gresham, OR 97031

January 22^nd, 2011 and January 29^th, 2011: from 10:00 am till 1:00 pm

You download the registration form now and fill it out @ home to make your registration quicker.

The following documents are required at registration to confirm residency:
  • Original birth cirtificate of registering player. Hospital copies are not valid.
  • Valid Parent/Guardian Drivers License
  • Valid Car Registration
  • Recent Utility Bill
