Player Proof of Residency: ALL registrations must include copies of the following
  • Original birth certificate of registering player. Hospital copies are not valid.
  • Valid Parent/Guardian Drivers License
  • Valid Car Registration
  • Recent Utility Bill

How to register as a volunteer: (Volunteers, Coaches, Managers)
  • League Volunteer

  • Managers

* Online registrations must have proof of residency documents submitted during walk-in registrations or at player evaluations. Registrations without copies of the above will not be drafted to a team. All of these are required to establish residence of the player. Your help is greatly appreciated.
